To Whom It May Concern:
We LLANDUDNO VISITOR CENTRE LTD. hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of our Premises Licence at: LLANDUDNO VISITOR CENTRE LTD, UNIT 26, VICTORIA CENTRE, MOSTYN ST, LL30 2NG known as LLANDUDNO VISITOR CENTRE
The application is to: - SELL ALCOHOL IN A RETAIL PREMISES TO BE CONSUMED OFF THE PREMISES HOURS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC:
MONDAY-SATURDAY 09:00-17:30 AND SUNDAY 10:30-16:30.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, Colwyn Bay, LL29 0GG not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
