Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Cygnus 1A Limited and Cygnus 1B Limited as joint trustees of Cygnus 1 Unit Trust to Kirklees Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at 28 Cross Church Street Huddersfield HD1 2PT. This application is for a Premises Licence made on ostensibly the same terms as the previous Premises Licence LAMVAR/12414/22 to permit:- 1. Sale of alcohol, Live music, recorded music, perform ance of dance and similar entertainment from 11:00am to 04:00am Sunday to Friday and 11:00am to 06:00am Sat urday and; 2. Late-night refreshments from 23:00pm to 04:00am Sunday to Friday and 23:00pm to 05:00am Saturday. Full details of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Office or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by emailing licensing@kirklees.gov.uk later than 2 September 2026 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
