Notice is hereby given that I, Harry Tincknell of City Padel Plymouth Ltd on 6th August 2026 Have made application to Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the Act, for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises situate at and known as: City Padel Plymouth, Units 1-3, Kestrel Park, Burrington Way, Plymouth, PL53ST
The relevant licensable activities are as follows: Sale of Alcohol from 11:00hrs to 23:00 hrs on Monday to Sunday.
Any representations to this application should be made in writing to: Office of the Director of Public Health, Head of Public Protection Service, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ. or electronically to: licensing@plymouth.gov.uk (For electronic representations please provide your postal address).
NOT LATER THAN 28 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE.
A copy of this application can be viewed at the licensing office in office hours by appointment (01752 304141) or at the Council’s website - www.plymouth.gov.uk/current-licensing-applications offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
This notice must be kept exhibited for not less than 28 consecutive days from the day after the application date 6th August 2026
