To whom it may concern:
We Sidbury Fireworks Committee do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: O/S reference number 13415 92538 and known as Field at Sidbury Manor EX10 0QE
The application is to: - The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises Saturday 7th November 2026 - 17.00 - 23.00. The provision of live and recorded music on Saturday 7th November 2026 17.00 - 23.00. Premises opening hours 17.00 - 23.30.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 8th September 2026.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
