APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that I, Scott Dignan, have applied to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as 7-9 Buxton Old Road, Disley, Stockport SK12 2BB for a Premises Licence to provide the following licensable activities:
The Supply of Alcohol for consumption On the premises
Monday to Thursday 17:00 to 22:30 each day
Friday 17:00 to 23:30
Saturday 12:00 to 23:30
Sunday 12:00 to 21:30
The Provision of Late Night Refreshment Saturday 23:00 to 23:30
Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 03/09/2026 Licensing Team | Cheshire East Council, Regulatory Services and Health, C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL Or by e-mail to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
