APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
(Section 34, Licensing Act 2003)

The Society of Old Brentwoods hereby give notice that they have applied to vary their existing premises licence at Old Brentwoods Sports Club Ashwells Road Pilgrims Hatch Brentwood Essex CM15 9SE

The proposed variation is to amend the premises plan to allow alcohol to be sold from the clubhouse patio area and from the new pavilion next to the rugby field. There is no change to the licensable activity hours for the Clubhouse.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Friday, excluding public holidays. Details are also provided on Brentwood Borough Council's website at www.brentwood.gov.uk.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Other Person must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by: 7th September 2026

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction
should such a false statement be made.
