To whom this may concern, we do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new premise licence at Hawke Barn wedding & events venue & know as Thorne Farm, Stoodleigh, Tiverton, Devon, EX169QG.
The application is to sell alcohol 12.00 to 23.40hrs from a private bar for private weddings & events, hours of trading will be 12.00 to 23.59 hrs for each individual wedding or event booked to include music entertainment until midnight delivered by either live music or disco music from within Hawke Barn venue building.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so to The Licensing section, Mid Devon District Council, Pheonix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP not later than the 10/9/26. a copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing authorities address during normal office hours or on the council website: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/business/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary of conviction is £5000.
