LICENSING ACT 2003-APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that an application for a premises license under the above mentioned legislation has been made by MATTHEW J HEATH to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as THE DART DEN LTD which are situated at 23 LUMLEY ROAD,SKEGNESS,PE25 3LN.
The application is to permit the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises only, Indoor Sporting Events and Playing of Recorded Music (Indoor) during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday 10:00-23:00 hrs
Friday & Saturday 10:00-23:30
Sunday 10:00-22:00
The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team,East Lindsey District Council,The Hub, Mareham Road, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours (email:licensing@elindsey. gov.uk)
Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing team,East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 08 SEPTEMBER 2026
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the license application
