Notice is given that Sasi Bhushan Cherukuri has applied to Rochdale Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for:

Local Convenience Store 3 Townley Street, Middleton, Manchester, M24 1AT

The proposed variation is to extend the hours for the sale by retail of alcohol as follows:

•Current permitted alcohol hours: Mon to Sun 09:00 - 21:00
•Proposed extended alcohol hours: Mon-Sat 06:00 - 00:00 and Sun 09:00 - 21:00
•Proposed changes to opening hours: Mon-Sat 06:00 - 00:00 and Sun 09:00 - 21:00
