What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Tops Pizza Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of: Tops Pizza, 764 Lea Bridge Road, London E17 9DN.

The variation seeks to permit Late Night Refreshment and opening of the premises until 04:00, Monday to Sunday. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (except Bank Holidays). Representations must be made in writing to the above address or Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk no later than 7 September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person may be liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
