Notice is hereby given that Britannia Kitchen LTD has applied to Basildon District Council for A NEW PREMISES LICENCE under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Marathon Pizza, 36 Britannia court, Burnt Mills Industrial Estate, Basildon, SS13 1EU

This application is for Late Night Refreshment Mon-Sun 23:00-05:00

Representations relating to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority, Basildon Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL or by email to licensing@basildon.gov.uk by no later than 02/09/2026

The full application can be inspected at the Council Offices during normal working hours by prior appointment only or can be viewed on the Council public register available online at www.basildon.gov.uk

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
