Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council - Licensing Act 2003

Notice of the application for a premises licence/club. An application has been made by Bhadresh Patel to the Licensing Authority for Rhondda Cynon Taf for the grant of a premises licence for the Sports Bar, 9-10 Station Street, Porth, CF39 9NR.

The application includes proposals to sell alcohol by retail, provide regulated entertainment and provide late night refreshment. The application can be viewed at the office of the Licensing Authority at Ty Elai, Dinas Isaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY. Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 4/09/2026. All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax).

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5,000.
