LICENSING ACT 2003: NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on 7th August 2026, Cafe 1381 Ltd applied to Thurrock Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Café 1381 Pumphouse Church Road Corringham Essex SS17 9AW. The proposed licensable activities are Sale by retail of alcohol, Mon to Sun. The opening hours will be 07:00am to 16:00pm. Licensing hours will be 11:30am to 22.00pm. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by: Licensing Authority, Thurrock Council, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL, or by emailing licensing@thurrock.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 4th September 2026. The full application can be viewed in person at the address above during office hours or online at Thurrock Council . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a fine of any amount.
