NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that D M HORAN LIMITED has applied for a premises licence to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council in relation to Tiny Talbot, 40A Windmill Hill, Halesowen B63 2BZ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On the premises Monday to Sunday 11:00hrs – 22:30hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.dudley.gov.uk. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services – Licensing, Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW Such written representation must be received by 01/09/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
