Take notice that CAKED UP DESSERTS BAR LTD have applied to Pendle Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the VARIATION of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: CAKED UP, 95 ALBERT ROAD, COLNE BB8 0BS
The proposed licensable activities are as follows: -
Late Night Refreshment (indoors)
Monday – Sunday 23:00hrs – 3:00hrs
Hours of Opening
Monday - Sunday 08:00hrs – 03:30hrs
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is at Pendle Borough Council, Planning, Building Control and Regulatory Services, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lancs.
BB9 7LG. The record of the application may be inspected between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment only via email:

An interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to the Planning, Building Control and Regulatory Services Manager, Pendle Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lancs. BB9 7LG or by email to: licensing@pendle.gov.uk (a formal form will be emailed to you for completion and return) by the: 3rd September 2026
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
