Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 28 August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services - Licensing, Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW OR email: Liquor.Licensing@dudley.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.dudley.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
