TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 7th August 2026 Asda Stores Ltd applied to London Borough of Waltham Forest Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda 19 Selborne Walk, 45 Selborne Road, London E17 7JR The proposed variation is ;- 1. To amend the hours for alcohol sales such that this is permitted 24 hours a day. 2. To impose a condition requiring that the store is closed to the public between midnight and 06.00 with alcohol sales between those hours permitted only for the purposes of fulfilling delivery orders made online. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, London Borough of Waltham Forest, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF or via email licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk no later than 4th September 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Waltham Forest Council the record of the application may be inspected at the above address Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm (except Bank Holidays) It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
