PUBLIC NOTICE: NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Peak Larder Limited has applied to Amber Valley Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as:
Peak Larder, Unit 1 Corn Exchange, 8A King Street, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1PS

The statutory register of Amber Valley Borough Council is kept online at www.ambervalley.gov.uk

The record of the application may also be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3XE during normal office hours.

The application seeks a licence to authorise the following registrable / licensable activities:
•The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 hours to 18:00 hours


Any representations by an interested party or a responsible authority regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3XE or via email to licensing@ambervalley.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than 10/09/2026 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
