Notice is hereby given that Joseph Holt Limited has applied to Bury Council for the variation of the Premises Licence for Welcome Inn, 61 Bury Old Road, Whitefield M45 6TA. The proposed application is to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 until 02:00, and for Late Night Refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays from 23:00 to 02:00, and to replace the current Conditions with those attached to the application.
The application may be inspected at Bury Council, Licensing Unit, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can be also be obtained from the Councils website

Any ‘interested Party’ may make representations in writing to the Council regarding the application before the 3rd September 2026. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such offence.
