A notice is hereby given that Many Hats Brew Club Limited has submitted an application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for Bentons, 7 High Street, Overton, Basingstoke, RG25 3HB. The proposed licensable activities are:
Live Music, Monday–Thursday 11:00-22:00, Friday to Saturday 10:00-23:00, Sunday 10:00-21:00.
Recorded Music, Monday–Thursday 10:00-22:00, Friday to Saturday 09:00-23:00, Sunday 10:00-21:00.
Sale of Alcohol, Monday–Thursday 11:00-22:00, Friday 10:00-23:00, Saturday 09:00-23:00, Sunday 11:00-21:00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Manager, BDBC, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH no later than midnight on 07/09/2026. Representations after this date cannot be considered. All representations must be in writing. A copy of this application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment only.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5000.
