Notice is hereby given that, Middlesbrough Little Theatre Limited (The), have applied on 10 August 2026 to Middlesbrough Council Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the above-mentioned premises.
The licensable activities applied for are: Plays 19:00- 23:00 daily; Live Music Sunday to Thursday 19:00-23:00, Friday & Saturday 19:00-23:30; Recorded Music Monday to Thursday 18:00-22:30, Friday & Saturday 17:00-22:30, Sunday 12:00-22:30; The Sale of Alcohol “on” 11:00-24:00 daily. Non-standard timings for The Sale of Alcohol “on” Christmas Eve 17:00-00:30; Christmas Day 11:45-15:00; Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holiday & Summer Bank Holiday 17:00-00:30.
Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Middlesbrough Council Licensing Office at the address stated below. Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensinq@middlesbrough.qov.uk and must be received no later than Monday 7 September 2026.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
