Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that I/We Hyndburn Borough Council have applied to Hyndburn Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Accrington Market Hall
The proposed licensable activities are:
Sale of Alcohol 09:00am to 01:00am 7 Days A week Performance of Live Music, Plays, DJ’s, Wrestling, Dance, Sporting Events Or anything similar 09:00am to 01:00am 7 Days A Week
Provision of Late-Night Refreshments 23:00pm to 01:00am 7 Days A Week
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, England, BB5 0PF or email licensing@hyndburnbc.gov.uk no later than 6th of September 2026 stating the grounds for the representation.
The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Council office at the address given above between 10.00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council’s website - www.hyndburnbc.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
