NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Stoke
Park Limited has applied to
Buckinghamshire Council on 05
August 2026 to vary the
premises licence at Stoke Park
Golf Club (Pavilion) Park Road
Stoke Poges Buckinghamshire
SL2 4PG so as to vary the layout
to add the Glass House and the
external terrace to the licensable
area, as more particularly set out
in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a
representation in relation to this
application must give notice in
writing to: Licensing Section,
Buckinghamshire Council, The
Gateway, Gatehouse Road,
Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire,
HP19 8FF by email to licensing@
buckinghamshire.gov.uk to be
received by no later than 02
September 2026 stating the
grounds for making said
representation. The register and a
record of the application can be
inspected on the Council’s website
www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk or
by appointment at the Council’s
offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158
of the Licensing Act 2003, to
knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in or in connection
with an application for a premises
licence and the maximum fine on
being convicted of such an offence
is unlimited.
