Notice is hereby given that Ismo Foodies Ltd has applied to Gateshead Council for a Premises Licence for 105 Bensham Road, Gateshead, NE8 1PU.
The application is to permit the following licensable activity: The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 8.00 to 23.00 , Monday to Sunday. The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead, NE8 1HH, during normal office hours.
Any representation by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the Licensing Section at the address above or via email to licensing@gateshead.gov.uk by 1/09/26.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
