TAKE NOTICE that We National Coal Mining Museum Trading Limited have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as National Coal Mining Museum, Caphouse Colliery, New Road, Overton, WF4 4RH
FOR Sale of Alcohol: Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 11:00pm; Sunday 8:00am to 10:30pm. Provision of Regulated Entertainment Monday to Saturday: 8am to 11:00pm; Sunday 8:00am to 10:30pm
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 26th September 2026 Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
