What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that XQ Property (Manchester) Limited has applied to Manchester City Council on 11 August 2026 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Soko, Arch 10-15, Great Watson Street, Manchester M3 4LP.

To allow on and off sales of alcohol, exhibition of films, live & recorded music Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 01:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 02:00; late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 01:00, Friday & Saturday 23:00 to 02:00; opening hours Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 01:30, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 02:30 and nonstandard timings for all licensable activities and opening hours as stated in the application form.

This application is to restore a lapsed Premises Licence 225151 on the same terms and conditions.
