Take notice that S&R Retailing Ltd has applied under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Durham County Council (the licensing authority) for the grant of a premises licence for the premises at 3 Browns Buildings, Front Street, Dipton, Stanley DH9 9AB for the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
The licensing authority’s register, which shall include a record of this application, is kept at the Licensing Service, Durham County Council, Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS and may be inspected there by appointment on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm or a summary may be viewed online at www.durham.gov.uk.
Any representation to this application must be made in writing and received by the licensing authority by no later than 8 September 2026. Representations can be sent to Durham County Council, Licensing Service, PO Box 274, Stanley, Durham DH8 1HG or emailed to licensing@durham.gov.uk.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
