What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Hitchin Snooker Club Ltd has applied to North Hertfordshire District Council for the variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Osinsky's, 32 Market Place, Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG5 1DY.
This application is to vary the premises licence to include the existing roof terrace within the licensed area for the sale of alcohol, recorded music and televised sporting events. Proposed hours for the roof terrace are Monday to Saturday 12:00–22:00 and Sunday 12:00–21:00.
Representations relating to this application must be made in writing to North Hertfordshire District Council, Licensing, PO Box 10613, Nottingham, NG6 6DW or by email to licensing@north-herts.gov.uk by no later than 19 August 2026.
All relevant representations, including names and addresses, will be supplied to the applicant and included in a public report. The full application can be inspected on the Council's public register.
It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
