Notice is given that Eten Treats Ltd has applied to Ashfield District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Eten Treats, 4, Jubilee buildings, Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield NG17 1DE to permit the following licensable activities: Off Sales of Alcohol: 07:00 to 23:00 hrs daily (incl delivery) The application and public register may be viewed at The Licensing Authority, Ashfield District Council, Urban Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield NG17 8DA or requested by email: licensing@ashfield.gov.uk Representations must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objecting, and must be received no later than 02/09/2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
