Notice is hereby given that Alderforce North Limited has
applied to Erewash Borough Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of premises known as KFC,
Rutland Street, Ilkeston, DE7 8DG. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are the provision for
Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors), Monday to
Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The opening
hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to
05:00 the following morning.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible
authority regarding the above-mentioned application must
be received in writing by Erewash Borough Council, Civic
Centre, Derby Road, Long Eaton, Derbyshire NG10 1HU,
or by email to

3 September 2026 stating the grounds for objection. Full
