NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that Kevin Kenneth Smith has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of 102 High Street, Maltby, Rotherham S66 7BN. The application seeks consent to allow the sale of alcohol on every day of the week between 9am and 12.30am on the following day; and regulated entertainment & late night refreshment on every day of the week between 9am and 1am on the following day. It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to licensing
The last date for the receipt of representations is 3rd September 2026. Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website,
www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
