Notice is hereby given that The Nab Lab Ltd has applied to Ribble Valley Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the above premises.
Summary of Proposed Variation:
To amend Annex 2 conditions to remove the requirement restricting the sale and supply of alcohol strictly to attendees of pre-booked courses, thereby permitting walk-in customers for on-premises consumption and off-premises retail sales. No changes are sought to permitted licensable hours or operating times (09:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday).
