via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email

regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing
Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1
1SH or electronically to licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk by
Midnight 28th August 2026.
