Notice is hereby given that Madira Beverages Ltd has applied to Bracknell Forest Council for a Premises Licence for Unit 15-16, Brickfields Industrial Park, Kiln Lane, Bracknell, RG12 1NQ.
The proposed licensable activity is the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises only, via online sales (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and B2B operations.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to: Licensing Team, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD, or via email to licensing@bracknell-forest.gov.uk
Representations must be received no later than 31/08/2026.
A copy of the application may be inspected at the Council offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
