NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Copeland Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Wyndham Place, Egremont, CA22 2EB. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Licensing, Copeland Borough Council, Whitehaven Commercial Park, Moresby Parks, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 8YD or licensing@copeland.gov.uk at any time up to and including 2nd September 2026. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
