An application has been made by AMH Family Enterprises Limited t/a McDonalds Restaurant to the Licensing Authority for the Mid Sussex District on 30th July 2026 for the grant of a new Premises Licence for McDonalds Restaurant, 165 London Road, East Grinstead, RH19 1ET.

The application is for the provision of late-night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.

The in-store restaurant will close at 00:00 every day and the provision of late-night refreshment will take place via Drive-Thru and Delivery only from 00:00 till 05:00 every day.

The application may be viewed at: Main Reception, Mid Sussex District Council, Oaklands, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1SS. During normal office hours and online at www.midsussex.gov.uk – search for ‘Licensing Applications received’.

Responsible Authorities or other persons may make representations on or before 27th August 2026. All representations shall be made in writing to The Licensing Officer at Mid Sussex District Council.

NOTE: It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
