APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Venomous Industries LTD is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at: Snake Oil, Unit 3 Rear Of, 90, High Street, Moseley and Kings Heath, Birmingham B14 7JZ
If granted, the application will allow the following licensable activities:
Supply of Alcohol for On- and Off-Premises consumption: Mon-Thu (17:00-23:00), Fri-Sat (17:00-00:30), Sun (15:00-00:00).
Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music): Mon-Thu (17:00-23:00), Fri-Sat (17:00- 00:30), Sun (15:00-00:00)

Representations must be received within 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was submitted. The last day for making representations is: 01/09/2026
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
