NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Ltd to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 19, Stirchley Trading Estate, Hazelwell Rd, Stirchley, Birmingham, B30 2PF.
The proposed application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from 07:00am to 01:00am Monday to Sunday.

Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website https://www.birmingham.gov.uk/.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 4 September 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
