What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Cihangir Ozcan having applied for a premises licence in respect of premises known as Nays Café Lounge 109 High Street Waltham Cross EN8 7AJ

The application is as follows:

Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00 hours

The application was lodged with the Council on 03 August 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to the above email address by 01 September 2026

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
