Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the East Devon District Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 00:00 – 23:59.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Monday 31st August 2026 to the Licensing Team, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ. Alternatively, representations may be made by email to: licensing@eastdevon.gov.uk
