Notice is given that KTO Ltd has applied to BCP Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Variation to a Premises Licence for the premises known as:
Bowl Central Bournemouth, 45-47 Westover Rd, Bournemouth, BH1 2BZ
The following amendments/additions to the licence are proposed:
To update the licence plan to allow the provision of alcohol throughout the whole venue and change the name from Fun Central to Bowl Central.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk
Representations must be received no later than 2 September 2026.
The application record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
