What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is given that Valley Social Centre has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council on Monday 3rd August 2026 for the grant of a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises known as Valley Social Centre at 31 Whitehawk Way, Brighton, BN2 5HE.

Full details of the application can be inspected on the Brighton & Hove City Council Licensing Register or by appointment at the Licensing Department, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ (telephone: 01273 294 429) between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Any person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to ehl.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of the representation.

The last day of representations is Monday 31st August 2026.
