PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

We, Ullacombe Farmshop and Café, do hereby give notice that I/we  have applied to the licensing authority at Teignbridge District Council for  Variation of premises licence at Haytor Road, Bovey Tracey, Newton  Abbot, TQ13 9LL and known as Ullacombe Farmshop and Café. 
The application is for: The application is for: Sale of alcohol by retail for  consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to  19:30 within the Function Barn.
The application also seeks to remove unclear licence conditions and  replace them with specific conditions that are clear, enforceable and  consistent with the proposed use of the Function Barn.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do  so by writing to The Licensing Manager at Teignbridge District Council,  Forde House, Brunel Rd, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX not later than: 3 September 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
All  representations MUST BE IN WRITING email is acceptable.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s  address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website:  https://www.teignbridge.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in  connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary  conviction is unlimited.
