Sinan Cem Kose has applied to the Islington Council to vary the premises licence for the premises situated at: 108 Highbury Park, London N5 2XE.

The application is to: • Extend licensed hours for off sales of alcohol to: 08:00 – 02:00hrs Monday – Sunday, and • Update Premises Licence Conditions. Any person wishing to make a representation regarding this application must write or email no later than: 24/08/2026, stating the grounds representation to: Licensing Support Team, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or licensing@islington.gov.uk The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
