NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT ZLNY Limited has applied to Westminster City Council on 31 July 2026 to vary the premises licence at The Barbary, Basement Floor And Ground Floor, 112 Westbourne Grove, London, W2 5RU so as to 1. vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol in line with Westminster’s Core Hours Policy, to Monday to Thursday: 9am to 11.30pm, Friday and Saturday: 9am to 12am, Sunday: 9am to 10.30pm, 2. authorise the provision of late night refreshment in line with Westminster’s Core Hours Policy, to Monday to Thursday: 11pm to 11.30pm, Friday and Saturday: 11pm to 12am, plus non standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 28 August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
