Notice is hereby given that Chapridge Holdings Limited has applied to the City of Westminster on 31/07/2026 to vary the premises licence for 14 Clubs London - Indoor Golf, Unit 11, 1 Redan Place, London, W2 4SA. The proposed application is to updated fit out plans as required and to extend Sale by Retail of Alcohol to 22:30. To amend conditions 9 and 39 to as follows: 9. The licensable activities authorised by this licence and provided at the premises shall be ancillary to the main function of the premises being a boutique golf simulator facility. 39. After 23.00pm daily, until start of Licensed Hours the following day, there shall be no consumption of alcohol purchased at the premises.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 28/08/2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/ Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
