Any representations regarding the above application must be received in writing by email to licensing@castlepoint.gov.uk or by post to the Licensing Authority, Castle Point Borough Council, Kiln Road, Benfleet, Essex. SS7 1TF no later than: 31/08/2026 stating the grounds for representation. A copy of the application can be viewed at the council offices during working hours or on the website www.castlepoint.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction with an unlimited fine.
