NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I AJEEBAN MAHALINGAM have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as SKELMANTHORPE CONVENIENCE STORE, 6A STATION ROAD SKELMANTHORPE HUDDERSFIELD HD8 9AU FOR THE RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL MONDAY TO SUNDAY INCLUSIVE 06.00 TO 00.00 HOURS.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 28TH AUGUST 2026. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
