Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Johal, Munshi and Co. Limited in respect of The Embankment, Swans Nest Lane, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 7LS for a new premises licence. The proposed application is: To permit the supply of alcohol and regulated
entertainment from 10:00 to 02:30 on Mondays to Sundays. To provide late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:30 on Mondays to Sundays.To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.

Representations may be made by no later than 1 September 2026. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
