Any representations in respect of the application in writing to Licensing Authority at Halton Borough Council, Municipal Building, Kingsway, Widnes, WA8 7ǪF; or to legalservices@ halton.gov.uk by 1 September 2026. A record of the application can be inspected at the Council offices (above) during office hours or via www.halton.gov.uk.
